Healing Hand By Elsa

I drove 45 minutes (one way) to my massage appointment with Elsa and took PTO from work. She never showed up and didn’t return my calls to re-book or let me know what happened. I do not recommend booking with her.

Elsa is kind and her massages are very good. Her location is quiet, clean, and there’s always parking nearby. I saw her several times in the last year and have no complaints.

A friend bought a Groupon for me for a massage by Elsa. I went ahead and scheduled directly with her over the phone, and she was very accomodating. The massage was excellent and I plan to come back!

I have been getting massages with Elsa for almost a year and my life has improved greatly! She’s incredibly nice, really listens to your needs and what your body tells her, and has great scheduling flexibility. Her new location is really lovely as well!

I really hate leaving bad reviews but I never even got my massage because I was told the wrong date. The first time was entirely my fault as I mixed up the time, but Elsa rescheduled me and told me I could pick Tuesday or Wednesday. I picked Wednesday because I knew I couldn’t make Tuesday and even made sure to confirm with her that the appointment was Wednesday, which she said yes to. I arrived today (Wednesday) only for her to tell me that she schedule me for Tuesday. She was very rude about it and when I mentioned that I confirmed with her for Wednesday, she denied. I would never come back here

Amazing value! Elsa is a really awesome masseuse. She makes you feel wonderful!!! You come in feeling like a tight bundle of nerves and you come out a happy jello cake!!! You should really come get a massage from her!

Elsa was great! So welcoming and an amazing massage!! I plan to go back.
