Massage Envy

I have been seeing Ryan for the past 5 months, and I have been able to feel such a difference throughout my massages. Being in the healthcare field, I do repeated motion everyday that has impacted my shoulder and back. Ryan has training in medical professional massages, and continues his education for what is best with his clients. It’s very admirable and respectable not only as a masseuse, but as a person. It’s hard to find good masseuses out there with the passion. Ryan is one in a million. Highly recommend.

Wow Leo at the front desk was incredible. I got lost outside, and he actually stepped out to guide me in himself. So kind, so patient, and such a WELCOMING energy. Thelma did my massage, and it was truly wonderful!! grounding, comforting, almost motherly. Thank you all so, so much!

I booked a last minute appointment today with Lakresh! She did a great job with my massage today and I was very happy to get in when I did! I felt bad for booking last minute and ruining her schedule, but she was very quick to get me back when she noticed I was booked last minute. Receptionist was also very great and ran me through the whole new membership program! Only thing that I dislike is the parking (which I understand area does suck for parking). Would love to see parking validated or designated spots for customers in the future 🤞🏼 Otherwise my experience was great! 😊

Just had the most incredible full body massage and WOW — I feel like a whole new person! 😍 From the moment it started, I could feel the stress just melt away. The pressure was perfect, the atmosphere was so calming, and every knot I didn’t even know I had is now gone! My body feels relaxed, refreshed, and totally recharged. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a reset! 🧖‍♀️✨💆‍♂️

While the massage itself was decent, I booked a 60 minute massage which lasted under 50 minutes. I was originally not planning to mention anything or write this review, until I saw my invoice later in the evening. I told the receptionist that I’d like to tip 20%. When I checked the invoice, it turns out she charged 30% instead without my permission. Very shady business practices.

Jason is AMAZING. Other than that, I tried to cancel my account SEVERAL times and they always say it’s cancelled but then charge me $195 every couple months and I haven’t been there In Months and months. Won’t send me a confirmation that it’s cancelled (probably because it is not cancelled) and continuously still charge me and say they don’t. Stay away! I have proof of everything I’ll have a lawyer reach out since you guys won’t help 🙂

I had a 90 min appointment on Saturday with Daniel S at 730. I arrived early checked in and was greeted at 730. Spoke with Daniel about what I wanted from my massage which is majority if not all time spent on my lower/upper back, shoulders, and neck cause that’s where my pain and discomfort was. He said no problem and massage started at 740. The time spent on my back was approximately 25 min and then he moved onto my legs. By 821pm I was told to flip over onto my back and he continued to massage my legs then my arms and neck. Not sure how 25 min out of a 90 min massage is considered majority. I was extremely disappointed with the massage and the fact that I left with more pain then I came in with. And to top it off he ended the massage 5 min early because he wanted to go home for the evening. This is a disappointment and wouldn’t even call it a massage. I was not relaxed at all and would not come back or waste my money here again.
