CoCo did an amazing job attending to the tension in my shoulders and some soreness in my lower back and glutes - they listened attentively during our initial consultation and then managed to find and work through a bunch of knots I hadn’t even realised were as bad as they were, checking whether I was in any discomfort when particularly deep pressure was required. They made me feel instantly comfortable and like I was in safe hands - I’m already thinking about booking another massage with them again soon!

I had a great experience with Tania. She clearly explained the process and mechanisms behind what we were going to do, and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. I have noticed a clear difference both during and after the massage, and she gave me exercises to take home with me that I can do on my own. Very different from a normal type of massage, but more effective I think and I would go back in a heartbeat for other issues.

My experiences here have been amazing, from the support staff to the treatments. Tania in particular goes above and beyond for me each time. She genuinely cares about my well being and is excellent at what she does.
