Newself Bodywork Massage Spa

Best 20 minute massage of my life and I am very well traveled. My neck was hurting from a long flight I could barely move it the day before and now I am good as new. Very well priced and amazing service! Highly recommend if in the area.

Great place for a massage in midtown Manhattan. Very professional and friendly staff. They are very attentive and they always work out all my back and shoulder pain. I think I’ve been coming here monthly for 4+ years. That’s testament enough to how great it is!

My experience was AMAZING here!!! I have a lot of tension around my shoulder and back area but after my 60 minute full body massage, I feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff are extremely nice, making it a welcoming experience with the price being fantastic for the quality of work they do here. I would definitely come back here again and bring some friends to try this out.

Went with my mom & both had the body & foot reflexology massage. It was a great experience and a nice atmosphere. Very appropriate for the price point. Excellent service.

I have been at Newself Bodywork 2 times in total, I really enjoyed the first visit. Massage was good and enough for me to go again. But last week, when I was there, another woman came to massage me. Even though she was strong, there was no technique whatsoever. It was just strong rubbing. She did not speak english at all, and I felt worse on my lower back the day after. I spend over 80$ on massage that day, I cannot justify the price and quality of the massage unfortunately.

The best Swedish massage of my life. Perfect pressure, incredibly relaxing, and done by a very skilled therapist. I left feeling calm, light, and completely relaxed. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The massage was rushed, painful, and completely ineffective. The place was not clean, and the staff had a bad attitude. This was a total waste of money and time. I will never come back！
