Destress Express Massage & Spa

All of the staff were wonderful, and the services they provide are truly excellent. I spent a full day at the spa, and Michelle was amazing from start to finish. I enjoyed a fantastic pedicure and a relaxing facial as well.

Massage was so good! I love they ask you like too focus on instead of just giving you a generic massage. I had Shamika (sorry if I spelt that wrong) but she was great! 10/10 recommend

I had such a wonderful experience with Kay! She gave me a chemical peel and explained everything thoroughly, making me feel confident and relaxed the entire time. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again.

I've been to many massage places but Destress Express tops them all. As soon as you walk in, you are met with a well-appointed and comfortable waiting area and someone at the front desk greets you pleasantly. When you check in, you are asked if you'd like to schedule your next appointment right then. I find this very convenient since after a massage, I'm usually too euphoric to remember to stop and schedule. My massage therapist is friendly and respectful. I've been coming to her for long enough that we have shared about our families. She always asks how everyone is doing. When we enter the lovely massage room, we talk briefly about areas on my body that need particular attention. She leaves for a few minutes to give me time to undress and get on the table. When she comes back in, she checks in on my comfort and then begins the most heavenly massage I've ever had. I often have tension knots and she finds them immediately and goes to work on them to release them. At the end of my massage, my body and mind are quiet and soothed. I may be a bit sore for a couple of days, but it's a good kind of sore. After I've dressed, I'm met with a cool cup of water and walked to the door. I sleep so hard after a massage. I wouldn't trade a second for my experience. Best massage on the peninsula.

This place lives up to its name! They typically have good availability to where you can still get a good massage therapist without booking weeks in advance. I’ve seen Troy twice so far & he has made sure to address any focus areas but still give a great full body massage & I already have my next appointment scheduled with him. I haven’t utilized other services yet but intend to book skin care & nail services soon. I used to work at a spa in college where memberships were pushed heavily & it definitely is nice to know that I don’t have someone disrupting my post-massage peace by trying to persuade me into buying a membership with a significant commitment. The prices here are great & allow me to come back at flexible times as opposed to worrying about a monthly credit or price-hike due to being a non-member ($60-80 price hikes at other places for non-members!).

Zamaré is an incredible Massage Therapist! Such a calming and healing energy. Very skillful massage, she focused on the tension areas I asked and I could literally feel the stress melt away. Was a deep tissue massage that was firm and effective without being painful. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I had a much needed couples massage Friday and not were our ladies wonderful. Quala and Brittany were professional and attentive to our special requests!! We'll definitely be booking with them again very soon!
