Body Therapy Massage and Facial Spa

The experience was 10/10 . The workers were fast in the customer service was grear t the atmosphere was Nice. The aura was great. Remodeling looks amazing.

Swedish massage was amazing. The customer service was excellent and clean environment. I am excited to return and bring my mom next time!

The massage was great! We did a couple massage. My husband wants to take one of the associates home with us. Lol! 1000/10.

Staff were great and greeted immediately upon arrival. The location is ok, kind of hard to find but that is out of their control. The atmosphere was definitely not it, it is not a relaxing experience at all. There was no pride in making the place seem appealing to the eye, even the smell was not pleasant. There was no aromatherapy to make one feel calm. As far as the massage, I believe a child could have done a better job. It felt as if lotion was being applied on my skin. I asked several times for pressure to be applied but still, NOTHING. I do believe it’s a language barrier which is understandable but I do believe I should receive what I paid for. Then at the end, they charged us and try to force me to leave a tip after I said no several times. Tip culture is outrageous, why would I tip for mediocre service? Honestly, I would advise you to look for somewhere else for a nice relaxing spa day. However, if you’re ok for something quick and fast, then by all means, knock yourself out. Again, the staff was very friendly but I think they can do better.

Really great experience. I got the 60min combo massage and it was delightful. My first time ever getting a professional massage so I have nothing to compare it to. But the environment was super relaxing with the lighting and music. The masseuse was also really respectful and responsive to my requests. The stretching was also a great addition. Will definitely be back.

Massage felt like something i could give myself. It just felt like I was getting lotion rubbed on me. They were talking much through the massage making it hard to relax and it overall felt like no effort was put into the massage. The staff were extremely nice, but if you’re looking to relax, feel good you get a proper massage do not come here. Also, on the paper they give in the front I told them that i did not want a massage on my face as I have sensitive skin on my face yet they still did it. Overall horrible massage i’m upset that I even spent so much money on it and at the end they force you to add a tip even though they don’t really deserve it. No effort or intention was put into the massage which really let me down as I was looking to relax and get a massage that actually felt like something. They are nice as in customer service but the massages aren’t worth a dime.

Omg just had the best massage of my life with Lisa!! So relaxing and she tailored the strength and got in to those achy deep tissues. I will definitely be coming back!
