Diana is absolutely amazing! She has excellent bedside manner with a firm and comfortable touch. I am a runner and I came in with nagging aches in certain parts of my body. She tailored the session to my preferences and checked in with me to make sure everything felt right. I left the session feeling completely pain-free! I am so happy with my experience. I just had an incredible session with Juan Carlos, and I can't recommend him enough. He is clearly highly trained, strategic, and deeply intuitive about how the body works. From the moment the session began, his energy was very gentle and I felt very taken care of. I’ve always believed that I needed firm, often painful pressure to work out knots. Juan Carlos completely changed my perspective. He uses a very gentle approach, taking the time to warm up the muscles and relax the body entirely. Because of this, when he goes in to work out the kinks, they release easily with little pressure. He targets the root cause of the issue, not just the point of pain. He really listened to my needs. He addressed every area I specified and even found problem spots I didn’t realize I had. I also have to mention the TMJ release. I've never had a practitioner do it like he did, and it was absolutely magical. I’m used to a super deep massage, so I truly appreciated his calculated pressure and precision. I was so relaxed that my Oura Ring actually thought I was taking a nap! I will definitely be back.

I recently had my first massage with Nehal. It was amazing- I have had chronic pain in my neck and upper back that he significantly improved in just one session. He also gave me stretches I could do at home to maintain the progress. He listened to my concerns, regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and the pressure was ok. He is a master at his craft and I am looking forward to regularly seeing him.

Strategic Bodywork has such skilled and professional bodyworkers. The therapists are knowledgeable, kind and engaged from beginning to end. Today I received a 60 minute neuromuscular massage from Nehal. Nehal made me feel very safe. I was relaxed and comfortable to emote throughout the entire session (including crying and speaking to various sensations/emotions as they surfaced). He is very intelligent, intentional and skilled which was clear as he helped me access areas of tension and pain that I have given little attention to. He also emphasized the importance of communicating throughout the session, which I personally value in bodywork. After the session, he shared stretching and post massage care techniques. A very well rounded session. Thank you! ✨

This was my first time to Strategic Bodywork and I will definitely be coming back! Diana was very cordial and attentive to my needs, starting with a conversation about my various ailments and continuing throughout the massage. I have really tight hips and I was impressed with how impactful just one session was with her. My range of motion improved remarkably during the session, and for the first time in a long time, I didn’t wake up with noticeably tight hips. I also really appreciated that this was not a "passive" massage – she moved/positioned me in ways that maximized impact. Cannot recommend Strategic Bodywork enough!
