Customer service was awful! After moving our appointment 40 minutes, we still had to wait 20 minutes in the room, and then our masseuses left in the middle for 10 minutes with no explanation; music from bar below was loud and massage wasn’t even that good:/
I got my legs massaged due to leg cramps I get from time to time. 40.00 not a bad deal. The lady was pretty rude and in a hurry. On my way out she decided to not ask but demand a tip. I pulled out my wallet and asked how much. She started eyeing my wallet and saw 100.00 bill and she said (i can break that) then she asked (you have a credit card)? Then she said (i see a credit card) I closed my wallet and put it back in my pocket. She got pissed. She went and got her friend. They both demanded that I pay a tip. I then said I do not like being harrased to pay a tip. I would go here for the friendly professional and great service 1 x per month but not anymore. Walk the other way
