Vila Massage

A friend took me to this place a few years ago and since then it’s the only place I go now to get my massages. I’ve gotten the best massages I’ve ever gotten here, they are all really skilled but I particularly like going to Daniel. I enjoy the free hot stones every time during the massage. I definitely recommend checking them out next time you are wanting to get a massage.

I went in there to get a neck and back massage. It wasn’t that good at all. I have gotten many massages in my life and this wasn’t up to par at the end. They normally give you hot towels to put on your body and she said the rice bag is better. They gave it to me. Never applied it to me. I had applied to myself and it was hardly warm. They seemed like they just wanted to push me through. I will never go back here again big disappointment.

Great legit place to have someone work out the knots. Hard massage will leave you sore the next day so go medium or light if you are concerned. Good technique with stretching and forearm and elbow pressure where needed. The extra $10 for the oil seemed like a big help, as it is like tiger balm in that it brings heat. Also tables are heated which helps loosen you up.

Thank you for the couples massage! They got every spot that was tight and they are very skillful with their craft. My friend and I loved it! The hot stones add-in was amazing. You both did wonderful!! Will visit again!!!

I had a wonderful 90 minute deep tissue massage with Daniel and it was exactly what I needed! His pressure was perfect. He was attentive and overall had a great vibe. I was seriously in bliss the whole time. I’ve been coming here for a long time for their affordability, availability and overall consistency in service.

UPDATE 2/1/26 - The manager texted me back in August when I wrote my first review and offered me a free service since I had a negative experience. I didn’t reach out the schedule it under the end of January and she was still more than happy to accommodate me . I went back and Sarah gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. Great technique, perfect pressure, very professional. I felt instant relief on my back! Will definitely continue to keep coming back to Vila Massage. Thank you, Sarah for the great customer service! I usually love coming here every month or two and have always had great massages, including a prenatal one earlier in my pregnancy. But my most recent prenatal massage (at 8 months) was awful. The therapist mostly rubbed oil with little technique, didn’t keep me properly covered, wasn’t consistent on both sides of my body, and even used cold towels that were supposed to be hot. I left just as sore as when I arrived and felt like I wasted $90 ($75 service + $15 tip). Really disappointing, especially since I normally have such good experiences here.

Wonderful massage from Susan. 10/10. Hot stones, full body massage, hot towels, great technique. I was really confused when I got there. No one spoke English and there and when I tried explaining I had an appointment, there was so much confusion from the staff, I assumed I was at the wrong place. I was then quickly gestured to go into a room and given no instruction to undress etc. I think they were booked and put me in the children's room because there were a lot of strange stickers on the walls for a kid's room...? The massage table was made of old smelling fabric, including the face hole, which had the fabric bunched so your face doesn't sit comfortably. There's a thin mesh fabric placed on top which I'm assuming is the part they change which is concerning for sanitary reasons. Why would I give 5 stars then? Fantastic massage skills from the staff. I think if they increased the very low prices, they could upgrade their massage chairs, change the unsettling interior decor, and keep a receptionist that speaks English at the front to prevent confusion.
