H&K Building/Wellness Center

The H&K Building Wellness Center is a fantastic space for fitness and self-care. It’s clean, well-equipped, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re into strength training, cardio, or just looking for a peaceful place to stretch and unwind, this center has something for everyone. The staff is friendly, and the environment feels supportive and inclusive. A great place to prioritize your well-being! The center boasts state-of-the-art amenities, including weight rooms, cardio areas, two double gymnasiums, an elevated jogging track, a pool, rock climbing walls, sauna, steam room, and more. Group classes are a highlight, offering options like yoga and Zumba, which cater to various fitness levels and preferences.

Great place to exercise! Has a sauna, steam room, pool, showers, lockers for rent, and a couple different fitness areas. Has nice bottle refills stations and a small cafe for drinks and snacks.

The gym is great. The equipment is always in working condition and there is plenty of equipment so no waiting on line for others to finish. They also offer rock climbing, swimming, hot tub, and plenty of basketball courts.

Awesome facility. Love using the whirlpool and sauna. The climbing wall is the best!!

H and K is always very clean well staffed well staffed and accommodating for students students. It is however annoying that the University forces professors and other staff members of the University to pay for gym access When they are already contributing so much to the University the least of the University could seem to do especially during a time of pandemic globally would be to give them free gym access so that they could stay in physical and mental shape. I would also like to add that the OVC and the racketball courts are slept on by many people. Check out the OVC when they are open and rent some gear! It's amazing and you can have a great time. Staff there can also give you outdoor recommendations.

for the price of a membership, i should be able to come here after 6pm on a saturday.

As an alumni of this institution I would hope that I would be able to use this facility for no charge or at a discounted rate. I recently went to workout, other individuals were walking through the gate without being charged and I had to pay. I have paid thousands of dollars to this school for a degree. Please take this $6 as my alumni donation ✌🏻
