My Touch Spa

I have been a customer of this spa for over 10 years. Their prices are generally fair and service can be good, although sometimes inconsistent. Unfortunately, last week I experienced something that made me decide not to return. On Sunday around 4 pm, I called to make an appointment and was told they were fully booked. About 15 minutes later, they called me back saying a 4 pm client didn’t show up and asked if I could come in. I confirmed and told them I would arrive in about 20 minutes. When I got there, I was told the original 4 pm client had arrived and they needed to take him instead. I was turned away after already driving there. This is the fourth time in 10 years that my time was handled this way. I understand businesses want to maximize their bookings, but business is built on trust. You may make a few extra dollars in the moment, but you risk losing long-term customers who value reliability and respect. Sadly, that’s what happened here.

I have been going to My Touch Spa for 10 years now. It is one of the best massage places that I have been to. It's always the same quality and the cost is so below other comparable places. Sara the owner is always accommodating and always upgrading the amenities.

I have been coming here for years. I have my favorite therapist and she is amazing and knows how to work on my back without being too sore the next day. They are all so nice and attentive!

Best deep tissue massage EVER! Ewa is my "go to" person when I go! Excellent massage for a reasonable price! Been going there for years!!!

I was told if I stay in a private room will be extra charge. So I thought private room should be better, so I agreed. But I was wrong, I could still heard the noise of people talking in Chinese and laughing at the same time! The ambience and atmosphere of the room was not nice! The so called private room more like a jail cell with a message bed and small table; that’s it!👎. The massage lady (Eva) didn’t fully closed the door, which I thought was really strange. The purpose of me wanting to pay more was because it would be quieter and peaceful; so I could relaxed! The Chinese Massage lady spoke little English. She was too rough at a few areas of my body such as neck, shoulder and mid back areas. Overall I am not satisfied and disappointed that couldn’t relax during the massage. I don’t think I will return or recommend this place to anyone!

Came in for a gift for my wife for an hour massage. The technician focused too much on"upper back" even though my wife had verbally expressed to not continue that section. She also walked several times away during the session without letting her know. Overall experience was more stressful than relaxed. There was a challenge with communication. This was meant for a relaxing massage session for my wife but it turned out to be a total disappointment. At the end of check out, I was willing to do a good tip even though after that. During the process the technician demanded and pointed at the receipt for a $10 minimum tip. Which at this point, due to the unprofessional session and checkout. I felt discouraged to come back. I did not expect this since it was a first time experience.

Great place for an affordable quality massage.💆 their staff is very friendly and the price is just right. I’ve come here many times and enjoyed every massage. I love the combination massage as they do incorporate hot stones, which is always a nice add-on when getting a deep tissue massage.
