I love Tammy! I have been scheduling my massages with Tammy for years because she is not only a gifted masseuse, but a delightful person. My only complaint is she's so good, it's nearly impossible to get on her calendar. I haven't been able to schedule an appointment with her for months. That's what happens when you're the best!

Tammy is amazing. It was my first massage and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The massage was amazing. I will be coming back to see her again. Thank you so much Tammy! Your amazing!!!!!

Bruno is the best. I’ve always gotten deep tissue because of how many muscle knots I have and he is fantastic at getting them out. I would give 10 stars! Highly recommend him.

Alexis gave me an amazing facial. She is so sweet and friendly. My face feels absolutely rejuvinated. I already made another appointment!

In early November, I received a text message notifying me that my scheduled massage had been canceled. While cancellations have occasionally happened during my six years as a member, they were always accompanied by a courtesy phone call to attempt rescheduling. This time, there was no call—only a text—which felt impersonal and dismissive. I contacted the office to share my concerns and spoke with the office manager, Jennifer. I explained that this was the second cancellation in three months and that the lack of a phone call was disappointing. Unfortunately, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Instead, I was told that I shouldn’t be upset because "it’s not like this is chemotherapy, it’s a massage." While massage may not be life-saving, it plays an important role in managing my pain and ability to work. As a long-term, loyal member, I expected better communication and customer care. When I explained that I was canceling my membership due to inconsistent massage therapists and the manager’s dismissive attitude, her response was, "Well, can’t please everyone." Professionalism, empathy, and consistent care matter. Unfortunately, that standard no longer seems to be met here.

Carissa is worth 10 stars! I've been enjoying her 90-minute deep tissue massages for the past few months, and she's the main reason I happily drive an hour to this location. She has such a gift for releasing all that tightness, soreness, or discomfort, turning everything into complete relaxation — like full relaxed noodle mode! I wholeheartedly recommend her for all the wonderful services she provides.
