Moment of Truth Physical Therapy

I attended the West Valley Birth Expo in the fall and met Amy & the team there. I’ve been so intimidated by the idea of pelvic PT but as a mom, knew I needed some help going into having my second baby. I immediately felt comfortable with Amy and she took the time to chat through things with me while showing me the facility. In every appointment I’ve had with Amy, she respects what I’m comfortable with and takes the time to explain the reasons behind why we are doing certain exercises. Fast forward to 36 weeks pregnant and being incredibly uncomfortable. I went in for an appointment not sure that PT would help what I was experiencing but within hours of leaving I felt immense relief compared to the discomfort and pain I had been in for a week straight. That was my "ah-ha!" moment where I really became a huge believer in the benefit of Pelvic PT. I would highly recommend coming to Moment of Truth!!

Moment of Truth PT is my favorite place to go for all things pelvic health, prenatal, postpartum, yoga and massage. Amy and the rest of the providers are amazing! Both of my births went amazing thanks to my treatment here. Also, both of my kids got newborn screenings, which helped detect any problems. We love them!

Moment of Truth was highly recommended to me by my chiropractor. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and wanted a prenatal massage to help with some sciatic nerve pain. I went to Ilse and she really focused on my problem areas helping relieve some of the pain. It was also a very relaxing massage. Very relaxing environment! I would definitely recommend.

I have one more session to complete but wanted to highlight how amazing Theresa is (shockwave therapy technician). She made me feel comfortable the entire time and walked me through the entire process. Not to mention she has the most amazing energy and really cares about your healing, in all aspects. Shock wave therapy has helped tremendously with constipation and overall tight abdominal muscles. I’m still hoping to see more results with my period pain and looking forward to updating on that side of things. Overall I recommend you give it a shot and try out Shockwave Therapy with Theresa.

Love the experience I had with Theresa(who did shockwave therapy) and Amy(pelvic floor therapy). They made me feel comfortable right away to talk about any intimate issues I was having. But most important they fixed the problem! I am so relieved and grateful I found these lovely ladies and will continue to go! 5 stars!!!

I haven’t had physical therapy here but I have taken many of the yoga classes here, fascial flow & aerial yoga are my favorites right now, and the instructors here are so good and patient. Very cozy and inviting environment! I’ve also had a couple massages with Courtney and she is the best! I was pretty sore and stiff after a hard bike ride and Courtney knew what my achy hips needed. After a 90 minute massage, my body felt so light and relaxed. I highly recommend Moment of Truth PT to help anyone feel good in their body!
