This is hands down the best massage spa I've been to in Philadelphia. The environment was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I booked a session with Tom, and he was absolutely amazing — professional, attentive, and highly skilled. He was able to locate and relieve the exact pressure points that had been bothering me for weeks. I left feeling refreshed, loose, and totally recharged. If you're looking for quality bodywork in Philly, Anna Spa is a hidden gem you shouldn't miss. I’ll definitely be coming back!

After walking a bit through the city, Was heading to Bridget Foys and saw this spot on the way. Said new management so thought I’d get a quick massage as my calf’s and back was stiff. A man first approached and I told him I preferred female masseuse (thinking like George Constanza 😃). A nice middle age Chinese masseuse came by and her demeanor was pleasant. She spoke decent English. The massage was absolutely wonderful. I decided to extend to an hour instead of 30 minutes. She did a dry massage first followed by a cream based massage. I told her to focus on lower back, calf, and hamstrings which she did. At the end she stretched me and finished with a nice scalp massage. I would highly recommend this spot for a nice therapeutic massage. It is not an upscale spa and rooms are sort of semi private as there are no doors but only curtains, but for a reasonably priced massage this spot is my new go to.

Wow. I honestly can’t believe how bad this experience was. I came here expecting to relax, but instead it turned into a total nightmare. The room next door was ridiculously loud — people talking, laughing, banging things — and the staff just completely ignored it like nothing was happening. How on earth is this supposed to be a spa? And then, as if that wasn’t enough, their DOG kept coming up right next to the massage bed. A DOG. In a spa. I couldn’t even relax because I was worried it would jump on me. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. After all that, I still tried to be polite and gave a $20 tip for a two-hour session — which is absolutely fair — and the staff actually had the nerve to get mad about it and pressure me to give more. They literally said I could just leave if I didn’t. Excuse me? That’s not just rude, it’s disgusting. I walked out furious and honestly still can’t believe I paid for that kind of treatment. This place doesn’t deserve a single star. Save your time, your money, and your sanity — go literally anywhere else.

Probably one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. Kind people, and very reasonably priced. I wish I was local so I could go back again. Really help me with some sciatic issues that I’ve been having.

I had a wonderful massage experience. I enjoyed the whole process in a soothing musical environment, which relieved all my body aches and pains. I'll be back soon.

I used to come here often and always had good experiences, but the new management is a completely different story. I asked for a simple 30-minute foot massage, and instead they tried to pressure me into other services. When I declined and insisted on just the foot massage, they harassed me and refused to let me leave. Shockingly, two staff members physically blocked me, grabbed my arms, and tried to force me to stay. I had to fight my way out while shouting for them to let me go. This was terrifying and unacceptable. No one should ever have to experience this. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to stay away. The picture is from the woman’s nails trying to grab my hand as I was refusing.
