The facility at Strength & Vitality Wellness is clean and inviting. But most importantly, I can’t say enough about Cara-Michele and her approach to my overall wellness journey. She provides an honest assessment and is a great listener, very knowledgeable, and takes time to ensure she is providing the best care unique to my issue. Because of this my pain level is now under control. All of her services are provided with care. I’ve had both acupuncture and cupping sessions, and I was introduced to the infrared sauna which I thoroughly enjoyed as it was soothing and relaxing, mentally and physically. Cara-Michele offers such comprehensive service with thoughtfulness and genuine caring. I have partnered with her for acupuncture, nutritional guidance, infra-red sauna, and my favorite - the exercise classes for women over 45! She envisions and makes a reality of comprehensive wellness, to suit the needs of YOU! She is quite unique - our health care system needs more models like this practice. I have had a few experiences with Acupuncturists but there is something wonderfully different about the approach Cara-Michelle uses. I have never experienced a kinesiological muscle test before and what a world of difference that was. Cara-Michelle was able to pinpoint my areas of inflammation surrounding my gut health and how it is directly connected to the inflammation and pain I was experiencing in my lower back and hips. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone and everyone, who is struggling physically and/or mentally, she provides the "big picture" and helps her clients become more aware of their needs!

Cara-Michele Nether is very knowledgeable and was highly attentive during my acupuncture and cupping sessions. I love the infrared sauna. It was relaxing and rejuvenating.
