A great experience. Mark starts each session with a check in on what areas need focus, and then applies your answer to the session. It is so easy to wander off into a semi somnolent state. The studio is quiet, the music peaceful over many genre.
Mark is a great therapist. His use of stretching incorporated with massage makes for an amazing experience. He's a great listener in helping one overcome physical issues.
Mark is not only intuitive, but communicates well to ensure that you receive a top notch massage. Great accommodations as well!
Had a massage from Mark worked great on my back I was so tense in my back of my neck and when I left I was so relaxed he worked on my neck and got kinks out of that and my back Mark is five stars out of five stars highly recommended
