Intuitive Bodywork

Kelly is wonderful. As a massage therapist myself, I am selective when it comes to bodywork. She came highly recommended to me by my chiropractor, who as far as I know goes to Kelly exclusively for her own bodywork needs. Kelly is extremely knowledgable, thoughtful and precise, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. She takes the time to listen and assess my body and remembers what we addressed in previous sessions, making sure to follow up. She also offers craniosacral massage, which is extremely relaxing and effective. And as a bonus, her new space is so nice! Really missing sessions with Kelly during this pandemic, but glad she is taking safety seriously for herself and others. As soon as it is possible, I look forward to booking with her! My body definitely misses her!

Kelly was very professional and helpful. This was my first craniosacral therapy session- she communicated well and answered all questions I had. I was glad she took the time after to discuss with me what I felt and so on. Definitely recommend trying CST if you haven't tried it- it is relaxing and much different than a typical massage. The space was nice and street parking was easy to find.

Professional and personally tailored massage. The craniosacral massage is something I would recommend to anyone, however especially those who haven't had massage. It is a great way to clear your mind and ease into the idea of massage. Kelly does a wonderful job and I have been seeing her for various treatments for over a year now. Fair prices as well.

Kelly’s care made an immediate and honestly, surprising impact on my TBI-related migraines and visual impairment after the first visit and I have continued to see improvement in subsequent visits. If you’re feeling weird or skeptical about cranio, just try it. Kelly is a fantastic introduction to the discipline and made me feel very comfortable from the get go.
