Tim Kelley is phenomenal! I was actually visiting the Seattle area and Tim was recommended highly by my cousin who has been going to Tim for the last 10+ years. He managed to get me in on short notice. He really knows his stuff! He worked on my lower back and hamstrings! His therapeutic massages are exactly what anyone suffering with chronic pain needs. If you want a relaxing massage that will put you to sleep, this isn't it! However, if you want to make sure you address chronic pain, go to Tim!

I have been Tim’s customer at Lifecare Massage for over a decade now. Tim has a solid understanding of the muscular and skeletal system and is very skilled at deep tissue massage. He can focus on specific areas of the body, enabling him to apply his skills in a very effective manner, more than any other massage therapist I have ever seen. Tim has helped me with managing some of the issues I have had with my neck and back. Working for hours every day on computers takes its toll, and the regular visits with Tim have helped me stay ahead of problems I had a few years ago. If it were not for Tim’s expert skills, I would be back visiting doctors and going to PT. Tim is a healer; he has a genuine passion for healing people. He listens and adapts. I would recommend Tim and Lifecare if you are looking for an experienced, skilled, and effective practitioner of deep tissue massage.

Tim has been my massage therapist for several years. He is without a doubt the best therapist there is! (Otherwise I wouldn't have stayed with him for so long!) In those years we have worked through my multiple neck and back issues and several sports injuries. He is excellent for just general wellness, and helps keep me in shape so I can continue my active lifestyle. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I am impressed by his passion for continuing to learn new treatments so that he can provide the most effective work for his clients. Tim knows the questions to ask so that he can narrow in on the best approach, so be prepared to fully explain what you need. As the body ages, new issues pop up and old issues recur, and he is now tackling some muscle releases to complement my attempts to loosen up my hips and resolve some SI joint discomfort. I am already feeling improvement after two visits with a focus on those muscles. I have no reservations about recommending Tim's work.

Tim has been my massage therapist for many years. He is by far the best therapist I've been to. He can address specific issues that you may have. For example, I've had neck and lower back issues, and I always feel better after his massages - not just immediately, but in the long term. He doesn't do a rote massage like so many other therapists, but takes the time to find out what your particular issues are and focuses on them to help heal you. I can't recommend him enough!

This is not just a spa massage, this is real physiological therapy to solve problems in muscles, connective tissue, and joints. I was having a problem where I would wake up at 2AM almost every morning with back pain, and not be able to get back to sleep. After three sessions of Tim focusing on this problem it was gone! Unlike some massage providers, Tim will listen to what issues are troubling you, and focus his work to address those. There is no one I have found in the Seattle area that can do what Tim does.

Tim is an exceptional massage therapist. He takes the time to understand what approach to take for wellness and health based on your own concerns. My husband and I have benefited from Tim's health partnership for several months now. I had a leg issue that is resolving through Tim's great work and recommendations.
