I’ve visited quite a few massage places over the years, but Sunshine Spa delivered something truly special that sets them apart from the rest. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into a calm, inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. What impressed me the most was not just the quality of the massage—but the depth of knowledge and care the therapist brought to the session. Every movement felt intentional and deeply informed by a clear understanding of the body and muscle function. They didn’t just go through the motions. Instead, they explained how certain muscles were connected to my areas of tension and even offered guidance on how to relieve pressure and improve mobility beyond the massage table. The level of thoroughness and attention to detail was outstanding. Wow, I was not sure what to expect when I made a same-day appointment for a massage at this spa that I had never tried before, and what I discovered is that Lili is a true gem of a human with a real gift of healing through various forms of body work, and on top of that, she is the utmost professional. She really knows her technique as I can tell she has honed her practice over many years, and that she needs to know very little other than to be able to put her hands on you to know what it is that your body is needing at any given time. Finding her is like winning the wellness lottery, please patronize her business if you are open to a new and different experience from places like Massage Envy or your local day spa, which tend to offer very generalized and non-specialized type of massage.

Lilli gives the absolute best massage in the twin cities! I’d have to say she’s the best in the country. Back and leg pains are always addressed with my pains gone for weeks after a session. Don’t get scared off by the location, she is the real deal!

I don’t think I’ve ever done a review on here in my life. That alone speaks to how good Lily is at what she does! I’ve had lots of massages at different places, but this was by far one of the best massages I’ve had in years 🙌🏼 Not the most glamorous location but amazing massage!

Lily is great! The places is clean and she is professional. She provided a thorough deep tissue massage that really worked out the knots but didn't leave me bruised or sore afterward. Call ahead for an appointment

I've been coming here 10+ years. They helped me recover from an extreme car accident. I've read some really negative reviews that I don't believe. I highly recommend Sunshine Spa. Here are some things to know if you decide to try them. This is health care. Show up on time. There are no illicit "extras." You will be asked to pay before the start of your appt. Deep tissue is an extra upcharge. If you like pressure, get deep tissue. They also do cupping, and traditional Chinese medicine is a heavy influence. Pressure points and low-grade impacts can be used. Discuss what you want. This place is hands-down, the best massage therapy spot I've ever been to. I have always been treated well and left there feeling rung out. A day or 2 later, and I feel amazing. Both thumbs up for Sunshine Spa.
