Hunter is amazing! 💯 Before I came across his website, I'd been struggling with a tight hip and leg for months and had several massages from other business that just did not "work". In the session with Hunter, he utilized massage therapy as well as Active Release Technique, which was new to me. He was very attentive to what my needs were/where the pain was and helped to work out all the knots I've been dealing with. I walked out pain-free and with much improved overall mobility. As someone who’s active in multiple sports and has collected a lifetime of injuries— from a knee that used to swell every time I hiked (had this injury for over 15 years by the time I saw hunter) to lower back pain and SI issues— I’ve tried just about every remedy out there. None compare to Hunter. He really has fixed everything I've come in with. And, he doesn’t just give an amazing massage; he provides what is needed for sustainable recovery and long-term success. Hunter has an incredible understanding of anatomy and functional movement, and I've never met anyone as skilled as him in Active Release Technique. He's not only helped me release long-held tension, strengthen weak areas, and stay pain-free and active but he's taught me simple and effective exercises and stretches, and helped me keep my body healthy between sessions. I’ve referred just about everyone I know to him (including family members who are massage therapists themselves). If you’re looking for a highly skilled massage therapist who combines deep knowledge, precision, intuition, and professionalism, Hunter is it. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, sports injuries, mobility issues, or just want a deeply therapeutic massage, he really is the best there is.

Hunter is hands down the best massage therapist in Sacramento. He knows the body so unbelievably well and is truly gifted at his craft. He caters our sessions to exactly what my body needs rather than it feeling like just a routine. Massages are such an intimate form of body work and he is so professional with such a grounding, safe energy through our sessions. I could not recommend him more!

I came to Hunter with a hamstring injured that I have been trying to heal over the last few months. After a 90 minute session I felt 10 times better! I even got most of my mobility and flexibility back. I was so happy because if you have had a hamstring injury you know they can last a long time! I would describe his work as Holistic Functional body work. Highly recommend!! I will definitely be seeing him again very soon.
