J Massage

My husband and I came in for our anniversary and went in for a couples massage since it was near at a hotel we stayed and it was easy to get there, lots of parking. I really hoped for better clarification/ elaboration- we got there and were taken to the room and she left, I assumed we just change in there and get under the sheets, I know every place is different. Overall, the pressure was good, a bit strong at first but we let our therapists know to be a bit softer but it was really good

We came across this place because it was close to our hotel. Very happy with the massage, great pressure and felt amazing! I wish I knew her name to give proper credit for a great job because my friend that was getting her massage in a different room had a completely different experience. I couldn't believe how different our experience was when she told me after about how her person only pushed on her and basically just shook her around and it was not good for her at all. My lady was amazing! She hit all the right spots including a scalp massage.

My boyfriend and I got fully relaxed here after skiing and I really recommend Sunny. She is so professional at treating muscle tension. If you are seeking for good recovery after intense exercise, J massage should be a great choice.

But, Tony’s combination of pressure, stretching, and massage bordered on chiropractic physical therapy. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Tony.

Just came In for an hour and a half massage, not deep tissue, the initial cost was $120 and we had two people, so $240 total. The massage was more rubbing than an actual massage, and when I asked to have more pressure the masseuse responded that she was doing her best and it was hard work, which I understand but it was still not very much pressure. She worked on my back for probably half the time digging into the same spaces over and over. After it was over we tried to tip $10 each as it wasn’t a great massage but the owner insisted and pressured us to leave a 20% tip for both. We will not be coming back and we don’t recommend this place.

My wife and I drove down from Kaysville to try this place on a friends recommendation. The massages were decent but I was very put off when we tipped $50 on a $240 bill which is a good tip and was then asked to tip $10 more by the staff. I feel you should never be expected to tip, and once a tip is given it is very unprofessional to ask for more. I will never go back.

I went for a massage today and booked a 60-minute four-hands session. Paid $160. The massage itself was quite strong, even though I specifically asked them not to press too hard. Four times they pressed really forcefully on my neck — to the point where I felt like coughing. Overall the massage wasn’t bad, but they completely ignored what I asked for and didn’t listen to the client at all. After it was over, as I was leaving, they boldly demanded tips. I gave each of them $10, and they started laughing and saying that "it’s customary to give 20%." Excuse me, but it’s a tip — I’m the one who decides whether to give it and how much. Demanding it so aggressively is just disrespectful to the customer. After that, of course, I have zero desire to ever go back there. All the good mood was instantly ruined. I definitely don’t recommend this salon to anyone,and never come back again
