Had a great deep tissue massage at Alpha Den with Daniel. He’s very knowledgeable and intentional, especially when it comes to muscle recovery and tight areas. The pressure was on point.If you train, work out, or deal with muscle soreness, I highly recommend booking with Daniel.

Crystal starts every massage with a notepad, and questions to fine-tune the experience from lighting, to sound, to smell, and of course to pain and purpose for the Massage. To bring attention back to that she does take notes on you, is to support my next statement in that every massage I have had here has been better than the last one. They are well equipped with state of the art technology, as well as in a quiet and serene location. 10/10 recommendation for CRYSTAL!
