Azalea Spa | Best Deep Tissue /Trigger Point Massage in San Antonio

Today 02.25.26, me and my husband got a very relaxing massage from our amazing masseuse. Many times my family gets their service here as well, and Azalea Spa is always great doing their job. Upon entering the door, you feel so welcome, staff are polite, the place is tidy, and this time they got a better comforting bed sheets. Over all I am giving 5 stars just because we felt relaxed and got out from their door happy. I highly recommend this place. And I can't wait to go back again.😉

I have been coming here a bit over two years. I have a lot of muscle issues and they were very welcoming and accommodating to what felt good for my body. I was first recommended here by a friend who said they did prenatal massages and since then they have been my favorite and only place to come. Any time I have family in town I bring them for a relaxing massage. Highly recommended! (Add hot stone or a soaking herbal It’s the best)

Been coming here for 9 years now and If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are all very attentive but Summer (owner) has been the one to take care of me year after year. If you like firmness request her, or Rose or Cynthia. I have a very bad back so sometimes I come in hunched over and leave brand new walking with my back straight. I highly recommend!! Please make sure to tip as well!!

They have a full list of services and it’s super easy to make appointments for same day services too. Amazing experience at Azalea Spa. From start to finish everything was calm, welcoming, and so relaxing. Summer at the front desk was exceptional. Friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience seamless. I did the Azalea House Special Package #1 and it was beyond relaxing. The herbal foot soak and reflexology were the perfect start, and Lisa was hands down one of the best masseuses I’ve ever had. Her Swedish, relaxation, and deep tissue combo massage was absolute bliss. The Dead Sea salt body scrub at the end was the perfect finish!! Incredible value, amazing staff, and a truly restorative experience. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I came to Azalea Spa on West Ave for a couples massage on Valentine’s Day, and it was a 10/10 experience! I had a Swedish massage with hot stones, and my therapist was incredible. The work she did on my traps and neck felt like absolute magic. ​My husband opted for a 90-minute deep tissue massage with the 'walk-on' technique. He was so impressed that his therapist was able to maintain perfect, consistent pressure for the entire session. We left feeling completely rejuvenated. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this gem to all our friends!

My doctor recommended Azalea for massages because I went to see her last week about pain in my shoulder from an old injury. I’m new to the area and asked her. I scheduled today with Rose for a deep tissue massage and I AM SO GLAD I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS PLACE!! My range of motion in my shoulder’s been limited for 3 years and I’ve had knots in my right shoulder that would never go away, and the knots are gone now and my range of motion in my shoulder are back to somewhat normal. I’m not in pain. I feel relaxed. I appreciate Azalea for really listening to the service I wanted and for getting to meet Rose I’d go back daily if I could afford it.
