⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience with Tori during my visit! She is the perfect balance of professional and warm—super sweet, attentive, and an amazing listener. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable and truly cared for. She explained everything with patience, tailored the service to my needs, and created a relaxing, welcoming environment. I left not only feeling refreshed but also genuinely cared for. Tori is a gem, and I highly recommend booking with her if you want an esthetician who goes above and beyond.
I went for a facial yesterday. When I called to book, I specifically mentioned that I wanted a blackhead extraction. I’m over 60 and take my skincare very seriously. I decided to try a new place, and the price seemed reasonable. Kimberly, a very young lady, performed the service. In my opinion, she seemed a bit inexperienced and could use more practice, but that’s not really her fault. When it came time to pay, she charged me $149 for the service, plus $5.96 in "service tax" (4%) and another $5.96 as a "surcharge" (4%). I didn’t notice the breakdown until she handed me the receipt. Then the owners asked for a tip. Normally, I leave around 20% for good service, but after seeing these extra charges totaling $11.92, I only wanted to leave $10. I believe they should be transparent about these added fees and explain where that money goes—whether it’s for the staff or just an extra charge for the business. This is not a good business practice.
It's one of those things where you feel that you are fooled financially. The outcome looks the same as when I walked in. Doesn't look like any tattooing was done. I paid a lot of money and expected to have eyebrows. Its like if she made me go through pain just to end up with little scratches no ink.
Star Review: Incredible Massage by Taryn! I had an absolutely amazing experience with Taryn — hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had! From the start, her calming presence and professional demeanor made me feel completely at ease. She was incredibly intuitive and attentive, and every part of the massage felt intentional and tailored to what my body needed. What truly set this session apart was the fabulous foot massage Taryn gave. It was beyond relaxing — I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding until she worked her magic. I left feeling lighter, more grounded, and totally refreshed. Taryn’s skill, care, and attention to detail made this experience unforgettable. I can’t recommend her highly enough and will definitely be back for another session soon!
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT go to Lavender Falls Face and Body Spa for an eye brow tint and lamination. I left unsatisfied with horrendous asymmetrical over processed eyebrows. It was a terrible experience and I was not able to get a refund. The ethestician who did my eyebrows, Jhazmyn supposedly has 7 years of experience but I highly doubt & question that. I honestly do not know how her manager or Jhazmyn could allow one of their client’s to walk out of their spa doors with poor quality asymmetrical over processed eyebrows that do not even look like were laminated. I will NEVER be back for ANY of their services nor will I ever recommend this facility to anybody. I highly encourage other readers to go elsewhere because this place will not give you beautiful brows. I was given the opportunity for them to try to fix the eyebrows but I declined because the health of my eyebrows is important and did not want anymore chemical or processing to be done. With all honesty if you’re looking for an exceptional brow lamination and tint, I have done the research for you and look into: Entirely Esthetics. Cheyanne does IMPECCABLE work and will never let you down. Absolutely DO NOT go to Lavender Falls Face and Body Spa- you will be disappointed.
I LOVE THEM!!! Highly recommended. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, smiling beautiful faces and always welcoming. Will never go any where else. Miss Sierra is just amazing. Not only did I leave the spa with amazingly looking lashes and beautiful skin after one fantastic facial/microdermabrasion (for my beauty marks) but I left pain free and completely relaxed. I had had a migraine for 4 days. Tried migraine medication, ice packs, heating pads and dark cold room, no relief. But 2 hours with Miss Sierra and all my pain was gone. She has some magical hands and phenomenal skills. Love her.
Had a permanent eyeliner procedure done a few weeks ago and was told that there was a 90 day period for touch up as needed. Went for the touch up and was charged. Manager argued with me and said I needed to read the fine print which is different from what I was told. In short, there isn’t a 90 day grace period for touch up. Beware of this business that lied to me. Why say 90 days and not honor it? Manger is a disgusting person for the way she spoke to me
