I’d heard great things about David’s massage treatment. I booked a 2 hour massage for my fiancé & she’s had massages at fine resorts in other countries. She said it was one of the best massages she’s ever had. He was professional, courteous, quiet, with peaceful music & concentrated on a problem area but gave an amazing relaxing massage. Thanks for making her massage day awesome!

David has been my massage for several years now and he is remarkably phenomenal, professional and great massage therapist. He has a flexible schedule that works for most days of week availability versus most offices I've been to that take almost a month to be seen, a reliable massage therapist I appreciate when in need of immediate massage. Very clean office and great listener in work to be done for best quality results for deep tissue muscle knots. I highly recommend David who has a easy going peaceful aura personality for most people that want in a massage therapist.

From the moment I walked in David was welcoming and courteous. He asked me what I was looking for and what my troubled areas were and he made sure to give extra attention to those spots. The time flew by way to fast. His office is extremely clean and smells great. I’m sure I dozed off a few times during the massage. I would highly recommend his magic hands to anyone! I just had my first massage with David at Mind, Body & Spirit and it was AMAZING!! I have been going to a membership based massage place and I wasn’t getting relief for a knotted shoulder that was causing pain to radiate down my arm so I went to see David based on a recommendation from a friend of mine. He was awesome! His technique is exactly what I needed. He can do deep tissue massage but it’s relaxing and doesn’t hurt. For the first time in weeks my arm isn’t hurting and I am out of pain! It was the best massage I’ve had in a very long time and his pricing is affordable. It’s the same price I was paying at the membership based massage place I was going to. I can’t say enough good things about David! Go see him. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Lucky for me that David Hayes — the owner and massage therapist —knows anatomy well. I think he released every knotted muscle in my neck, shoulders and other areas I abuse working at my computer, driving, exercising and habituating bad posture. David uses high quality aromatic or, if you prefer, unscented products. His website and a sage personality reflect the mind, body, spirit attention that he provides his clients in a calming setting at a very reasonable price.
