Massage Envy

Do not go here unless you want unauthorized credit card charges and horrendous services. Let me tell you some other reasons why: A. Cancelled my membership by signing an in person form but then I saw they charged my credit card for another month AFTER cancellation. Had I not followed up, they would have kept charging me. They only stopped because I followed up in person. B. Do NOT GET A FACIAL HERE. The lady wore PLASTIC GLOVES. Not only do I smell like plastic but she did not massage me whatsoever and the gloves were cold and extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was at the doctor. C. Before getting a facial, I was told by the front desk that I had 2 massage credits. Then once I got out of the facial, they CHARGED ME $40 because they claimed I didn’t have enough credits on my account even though I confirmed BEFORE the service that I had enough credits to cover the full cost. Extraordinarily unprofessional and scam like behavior.

I visited the Claremont Massage envy in San Diego and my massage therapist Micah I honestly have no words. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! I told my husband this massage topped our massages in Turks and Caicos that we paid double for and even those had us on cloud 9. But MICAH!!!!! You really are Heaven sent. The stretching technique along with the massage and you add in there the amazing neck and head work! I seriously can’t put into words my experience. From the bottom of my heart thank you Micah! And I’ll definitely be back when me and hubby are in town.

Had a facial with Alyssa yesterday and it was a fabulous experience. Relaxing and she did exactly what we had discussed during my intake. I left feeling very pleased with my session and love the results. She was professional, talented and made me feel heard during our review of what would take place.

I highly recommend this massage envy. The people at the desk were welcoming and helpful and my massage with Micah was wonderful. Micah was one of the best masseuses I have had, he knew what locations to work and his pressure was perfect. I l loved his stretch at the end!

Melina was great! She took the time to explain things and educate me on skincare. The experience was very relaxing. I would highly recommend her and am looking forward to another session with her.

Michael was absolutely amazing! I was gifted a couple massages to Massage Envy. The 1st couple places i called didn't answer their phones during business hours and never called me back. This location answered their phone immediately, and I very easily booked 2 massages. They gave me Michael based on my massage preferences (deep work). Michael instantly made me feel comfortable. He discussed exactly what I was looking and figured out what I needed. He slowly but thoroughly worked on spots that I didn't even know were a problem until they were fixed. He also didn't ignore the rest of my body even though he focused primarily on my problem areas. I'm excited for my next massage with him in 2 weeks and will definitely be recommending him to others.
