Chi is an AWESOME massage therapist who is also a very friendly and kind person in every respect. Would recommend her to EVERYONE. Well worth waiting for her to be available. My wife and I both love her work and friendship. Please do WHATEVER it takes to retain her after all of the turnover you have had over the last 2-3 years at PQ

Holy cow-Rachel is the absolute best. She focuses on all the right places and is very attentive to whatever happens to be ailing me. The pressure is perfect and I can’t imagine a better massage. I LOVE the deep stretches she does too.

The facility was very nice and the massage room and table very nice. The massage itself was fine, but there was less time spent on my back than typically received during a 60 minute massage and no neck massage; just a hot towel. Loved the hot towels, but in the end I felt that I didn't receive very much actual massage. The massage itself was more of a Swedish style, which is not what I requested.

My favorite spot in SoCal to get a massage with the best masseuses! I’ve been in a couple times and never requested anyone specifically but this time I got Alice as my therapist and she was hands down (no pun intended) the best masseuse I ever had! She worked out all my knots and kinks and has the sweetest most bubbly personality ever: I will definitely be back! I will also be requesting Alice from now on everytime I go. Usually I’m shy and don’t like to talk a lot during massages but she made me feel very comfortable from the start , made me laugh, and I left satisfied and happy after our session! Thank you Alice!!

My first experience coming to Massage Heights and I saw Ninesha. I booked a 60 min Swedish massage and needed to concentrate on my neck and back because I had been suffering from tension headaches all week. I have been all over the world to some top spas and had massages but Ninesha was probably the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She completely unlocked my neck and helped release all the tension I had. I felt like a completely new person. I will literally follow her anywhere she goes now. She has golden hands!!

I haven’t had a massage in years & was in desperate need of one. Marlen was absolutely amazing! She listened to my needs & hit every stress point with firm & accurate pressure. I will definitely be requesting her in the very near future, & not wait so long for the next one! So happy I made the decision to go!

I just had a fantastic massage by Kayo at Massage Heights in Rancho Peñasquitos. She was able to work out some really tight knots without causing me pain in the process. Exactly what I want in a massage - to relieve the stress and knots while still finding the process relaxing and not painful. Magic hands! I’ve been a member of Massage Heights for years now and honestly, I have never had a bad massage there. So many great therapists. And I never feel pressure to buy anything, not even before I was a member. I can’t say the same for other massage businesses with a similar membership structure. The hard sell with those places was such a turn off. You don’t have to worry about that here. Great service all around.
