I've been seeing Misty for massage now consistently for almost 3 years and I refer a LOT of my friends and clients her way! Her sessions are highly effective in helping reduce pain and improve mobility issues from weight training and sports. She's thorough and attentive, her skill and techniques are top notch, and I always walk away feeling cared for and relaxed. The Halo therapy (salt room) is also a really special, unique service that I love having access to for when I'm sick or need a little extra TLC!

I had an incredible fascia release massage that exceeded all my expectations. Misty was knowledgeable, professional, and truly attentive to my needs. It was the best 90 minutes of my life! Misty's serenity flow massage was like heaven. She massaged muscles I never knew I had. I truly felt rejuvenated after my session. I have been a client of Misty’s for many, many years, and have followed her to her new location at the Healing room. It’s very easy to get to as it’s right off the freeway, but also in a quiet, private spot. I am 48 years old, a super busy hairstylist, and also a fitness instructor, who seriously needs to find a balance in life, to be able to continue living this very active lifestyle of mine. I have been to many massage therapists over the years. But this lady is absolutely special and really has a gift of being in tune with the body and energy work. My first massage was the relaxation massage with a little bit of facia work. It was so good, I had to come back for more! I came back for a full session of facia work. I had been through quite a bit of traumatic life changing experiences as of recent, and the energy that she had released from my body left me with lifted spirits, and a body I barely recognized.
