Suzanne is the only way I have found relief from body pain and inflammation. For over a decade, I have been looking for someone who can deeply understand my body and help me improve. Everything I’ve tried so far has always fallen short. Working with Suzanne, I walk away from bodywork sessions feeling like it was exactly what my body needed. My first ever session, she was able to work on a spot of a particular shoulder problem which I have NEVER gotten true relief from. She is truly life-changing.

Suzanne is a gem. She has been able to take away the pain that was shortening my career as a sports official. She is able to evaluate quickly the areas that need that special attention and adjust to the individual and moment based needs. There are times where she has scrapped to release bundles that were blocked. When the muscles just needed relaxed, she can be softer and more therapeutic but just as thorough. UPDATE - I recently had a flareup of an old back injury that isn't allowing me to lay on my back or belly. Suzanne worked with the positions I could lay and relieved a lot of the pain and tightness I was having due to the back injury.
