Customer Reviews
Elements Massage has a rating of 4.6 out of 5 based on over 389 reviews on Google
The front desk staff are always so friendly and informative. I’ve had massages with 4 different therapists and recently had a facial, and everyone has been amazing. It’s a very comfortable environment and the skills of the team are incredible. I do weightlifting and I'm a runner so I’m not looking for a relaxing massage as much as muscle recovery and I come out feeling rejuvenated every appointment. I recommend Elements to everybody!
Front desk was friendly. My massage therapist was strong and checked in with me about how much pressure I wanted. I hadn't had a massage in years and they all checked in about that wanting to make sure I had a good experience.
Massage was decent, but paid for an hour, only got 50 minutes(I showed up early). Upsells at both sign up as well as in the room, which was weird. Was phrased as "ok if I use CBD oil?" Sure "Well that's extra if that's ok". No, and I left that unchecked on the sign up form?
First time client, I booked a 90 min massage for 12pm. It was hands on for 60-mins and still got charged the 90 min rate (total with tip and tax was $190 for a 60 min massage). I arrived at 12 pm for my appt (very apologetic still that I was "late"), completed the intake form and went to the bathroom. I was not told that this would cut into the "hands-on" massage time. They kept reiterating that there was an 80-min hands on time plus 10 mins for consultation (which was fine). But, I thought the "hands-on" timer started AFTER the consultation (which is my usual experience at massage therapy clinics). Instead, it started as soon as I walked in through the door at 12pm. Their messaging with the "80-min hands on time" is very misleading. As a first time client, I thought they would offer the 60-min rate for a 60 min massage. They unfortunately did not. (There is a first time visitor discount though so I got the discounted rate for the 90-min massage). My advice: show up at least 20-30 mins early prior to your booked time. (I was not told this in advance). And prepare to hear about their monthly membership promotion (which also cut into the hands-on massage time). I wouldn’t want to sign up for a monthly membership at a place with no flexibility/courtesy. Otherwise, the massage was great and very clean place!
Poor experience here with a new therapist, K. Refused to proceed with massage unless I accepted she was acting in a medical capacity and was willing to listen to her treatment recommendations that I perform at home after I left. No room for a relaxing massage to simply loosen some tension in back and legs and constant emphasis on her experience and "medical" background. Asked to avoid shoulders and it was insisted that the shoulder's be worked on to treat what she thought should be treated. If a client politely informs you that they aren't looking for any take home advice, accept it and move on. Also asked for an additional bolster for feet and was given attitude that it would make it difficult for the massage to be performed. Zero customer service training and horrible experience. Ended massage after 5 minutes, total waste of my morning. Have gone to this location for years but now may not return.
Twice booked a massage with 4/5 pressure and not gotten it. I’ve not received any endorphins or muscle tension relaxation and for almost $225 per massage I feel duped. Like even next day no relief in tension and no manipulation of hypertonic muscles. Just elbows running down and that didn’t cut it.
I’ve tried several LMTs and she’s the best. All the elite people are great. Chantel is my go to. I notice such a difference after our sessions, and she’s so knowledgeable. She even provides stretching ideas. And so personable! Great at cupping too. The tall guy who wears cargo pants is annoying. You hear nothing but his pants and he walks around the table nonstop. Also made me flip several times.
