Massage By Rusty

I'm leaving a 2 star review for now just because the process for a new person is, non-existent. Request a booking from am available slot on the website and... Nothing. You get no confirmation text with more details, text and call goes unanswered. If you show up for the booked time you have no instructions for how to contact to be let up... The process for new customers needs improvement and if I manage to get through to Rusty and get in for an actual appointment I'll give an update. Update: never got through, they never got back to me.

Such a great experience. Rusty fixed my back so I was able to go to Cyndi Lauper that evening: pain free! He also adds a special touch that is worth it without words! The price is right and you feel like you spent WAY more! He also was able to fit my partner in after me and he enjoyed it immensely!

Very unprofessional experience. I reached out to this massage therapist multiple times—first via text, then through the online chat on his website—and received no response at all. It seems like he only works on weekends, even though his Google listing clearly says he’s open on weekdays from 10 a.m. That’s a big red flag. I don’t recommend working with someone who can’t even return a message.

My first session with Rusty was phenomenal. I was impressed by the pre-assessment to determine areas of focus - he carefully explained/confirmed a couple of structural areas that have given me some issues (hip displacement and lower back pain) and discussed with me how he could help. The massage itself was fantastic - his technique is deliberate and thorough. Never rushed. The pressure was perfect (he checked in with me throughout) and each movement was patient, focused and complete. Rusty's studio is a study in comfort and relaxation. The lighting was soft, the music was perfect and the temperature was very comfortable. I appreciate that he uses non-scented oils and no incense. I especially liked the ease of making an appointment (through Square, I believe) - I was given reminders and was able to add the appointment directly to my calendar. Everything about this experience was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
