Massage Villa

DO NOT GO HERE. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The "massage" was awful and clearly done by someone who does not know what they’re doing. There was zero skill, no technique, and no professionalism. The most disturbing part was the forced tipping scam. I paid $70 for a one-hour massage. I handed the worker a $20 bill and asked for $10 back, meaning a $10 tip, which is more than reasonable. She then told me that a $20 tip was mandatory. That is unacceptable and dishonest. When I asked for my money back, she refused at first and only returned $10. At that point, I was so uncomfortable that I was ready to leave without tipping at all. I walked out to avoid further confrontation. This place is overpriced, unskilled, and unethical. For comparison, Foot Spa in Rosemead charges $30 for a full hour, the massages are actually good, and they do NOT pressure customers or demand tips. Save your money and your dignity. Stay far away from this place.

We have come here on multiple occasions, and have given them good buisness and great tips before, but when we tried to leave a $30 tip for 2 people today they said it wasn't enough for a 90 min massage.. The women who give the massages do a great job. This is the only reason we have come back, but after the event today they have lost 2 customers. We are never coming back.

I called this place, and they told me they had availability. Then I drove all the way over there, and when I got there, there were multiple women standing around in the lobby telling me that they were too busy to see me and I'd have to come back in a couple hours. Then I called the lady on the phone again, and she told me that they should be available. Don't waste your time, try something else.

Great massage, they really work the back well

Website very confusing as it references another location 20 minutes away called I Massage, and we ended up making an appointment there by accident. When we showed up here the desk wasn't helpful or polite at explaining this at all. Maybe we will try again another day and update the review from there but thought I'd flag this issue.

Nice clean location. Definitely have fair prices and quality masseuse. I've only had two different ladies and both got down. I'm 6'2 270 lbs athletic build. For those wondering they can apply good pressure.

I hurt my neck some how one day and I really needed a message because I couldn't move my head much. I came "Massage Villa" because it was the first place I saw while driving home and it closed late. When I walked in, I explained my issue and they took me in right away. They had a promotion going on, 45min for $35.00 massage. The room was dim but it was cozy. They played relaxing music while they massage your body. The massager really worked hard in getting all of my knots out of my back, shoulders, and neck. They were very nice, cozy place, and decent price. I would definitely go back again. 🧖💆
