If you’re someone who is loyal to a specific hairdresser then cool (cause same)! But if you’re looking to explore your hair, there are many different salons that will offer you an inclusive, friendly and professional experiences. Since I moved to Spokane I’ve been loyal to one stylist who understands my relationship with my hair, but the treatment of clients and staff within this establishment is unprofessional. Below I’ve attached a photo of when the ceiling fell down in the middle of a promotional video shoot!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience here! I went in with inspiration photos and a desire to try something new, and I’d never really had my hair done by a professional stylist before. Jess truly brought my vision to life. She asked all the questions, made sure she understood exactly what I wanted, and even took the time to teach me how to style my hair. I left feeling so happy and confident, my hair truly turned better than I ever anticipated it could. I will absolutely be back, Jess has gained a loyal client. Thank you so much, Jess!

Douglas is THE BEST. I have very curly hair…and also greyed at a young ago so my hair doesn’t respond the way normal hair does. Douglas is so incredibly knowledgeable with my cuts every time I go in. Im always blown away by his skill. If you’re looking for a fantastic and lasting style cut(that works with curly/straight styles) …CHOOSE DOUGLAS 🤘Ps…he also rides a VERY cool Harley-Davidson.

Jess is an amazing hair stylist! I have never really had my hair done professionally at a hair salon but I am absolutely blown away with the kind and attentive service I got during my appointment. Jess asked all the right questions on how I would like my style while taking my lifestyle into consideration and helped me hone in on what I truly wanted to go home with. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with the progress throughout the appointment. Everything felt very thorough! The building itself is also very nice and the staff even checked in with my Fiancé as he was waiting in the lobby. Thank you Jess and Lucid Room for the amazing experience!

Douglas and Jess are incredible at what they do and always make me feel amazing! I have been coming here for years now and will not go anywhere else. I have extreamly thick and curly hair and no one is more talented than Douglas in managing it. Appreciate you two and Ashley is always a delight! Adore her!

Ashley is an amazing stylist! Before I went down to visit my boyfriend, she gave my hair exactly the glow up it needed! They take incredible care not only to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want, but she has a unique style and warm personality that you really just can’t get anywhere else. I could not recommend them more!

Lucid Room is amazing! I actually drove over from Idaho just to get my haircut here and it was worth it! I was surprised by how reasonable the prices were for the level of quality I got for the haircut. Solid people, great atmosphere, and very warm and welcoming environment.
