Sarah is the absolute best at post op lymphatic massages. I felt extremely comfortable and will continue to come back for Maintence massages. I have seen her seven times so far. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Sarah is a true "lymphatic whisperer." Two years ago, I started my lipedema recovery journey with Sarah, and the changes have been beyond my expectations. I have had such a fabulous experience with Sarah, & I was a liposuction, post op mess. For starters, I had gotten laser liposuction in Kansas city in 2022. They couldn’t refer me anyone in Springfield. When I finally did find someone certified for lyphatic in Springfield, the massage therapist did one session and did a VERY generic massage. I paid a lot of money, and felt it was not true lymphatic work. Fast forward 3 years and I had gone post op lipo suction with basically zero lymphatic work. I had a calcified lymphnode on my stomach. I found Sarah at Deep Kneads, and she has made such amazing progress! She makes me feel so comfortable, she is very honest about work progression.
