Palm Spa

1st time, I don’t know the woman’s name. Very good massage. Never implied she was wanting more money or provide illegal services. My only complaint was the language barrier. Like all Asian Massages though, pay in cash, the prices on the wall isn’t what they always charge you. 60$ 1 hr usually is 61-64$ when using a CC. If it’s an up charge for using a credit device, then they need to have a sign or explain that. Don’t go here being mean or wanting more…it’s not happening.

Massage was mediocre at best. We had a couples massage and the ladies kept carrying on a loud conversation for the first 10 minutes and were incredibly distracted. We will not be back! From the other reviews I would say that service here is hit or miss dependent upon who you get.

They made me pay $60 upfront. I got a decent massage. Then they ridiculed me to tip my masseuse because the $60 only covers the bills once I was finished. Literally argued with me that I need to pay more. Shady business, never going back.

My husband bought a gift card on this place. I'm so excited to have it. Called and the woman that answered the phone is very rude. She said they don't accept a gift card. So why are you selling them???? When I asked if I can schedule an appointment for the next day or when she has available spots, she said no opening and she is busy and put the phone down. Very poor customer service!!! Very RUDE!!!!

I called this spa to schedule a massage. When a lady answered the telephone, I asked her if she had any openings, she said "I am busy right now." Then she hung up. Despite the good reviews for this spa, I will not be calling them back. Very rude and unprofessional.

Nana is super super rude, worse attitude ever, the room had a bad vibe, asked if everything was ok? She said, no Talking... wth? The towel policy, was 0, 0 respect, 1st time in Springfield and left with a very bad taste... plus, right on asked for a 20 dollar tip... or more? Puff do not loose your time...

This place is AWFUL! Do not go! The lady giving my massage ripped off my towel without even asking! I went in for a back massage only and she tried multiple times giving me a full body! No music, and when your time is up she just leaves.
