Impact Massage & Bodywork

Brooke is amazing! She really listened to my concerns, helped identify target areas, and really focused on those throughout the session. I left feeling amazing and continue to reap the benefits of that session. She also recommended things I could do at home for longer relief, which I really appreciated!

I want to leave an honest review because I think part of the reason I was so disappointed was the reviews were so good. As a whole the service felt a little unorganized and unprepared. I asked if there was an intake I needed to fill out when I arrived and the response was asking if it was my first time there. Portions felt rushed and I could feel myself tensing up/jumping which wasn't helping the cause. I did have to mention the pressure was painful for me a couple of times. Almost no questions/communications on comfort/pressure or adjusting the head cradle knee/ankle pillow. I felt nails a few times which gave me some sanitation concerns. The therapist was kind and I believe knowledgeable, maybe just not a good fit for me. I had a specific issue I needed help with and I think due to how uncomfortable I was there wasn't going too be much success. I've also gotten a lot of massages so maybe my expectations are too high. The price is very reasonable overall.

Thao Tran has healing hands! She is a fantastic therapist and gives the best deep tissue massage ever! It’s always clean at Impact, lovely rooms and lots of parking. Highly recommended 😊

Next level massage with Dr. Wanda. Goes without saying that this is not a hotel / spa relaxation massage (I'm sure they could do that well too) - this is professional treatment, real therapy. I've had a lot of professional massages in different disciplines, and never anywhere close to the level of power of precision I experienced here. It's right there in the name, "Impact" 🙂 She will of course adjust as needed, but just know the ability is there to take this to a degree of intensity that I never knew was an option. I took the medicine and it was amazingly effective. This is a world class service available locally.

I really liked the space and that there was a sheet to write your preferences beforehand. I thought Brooke did a great job. I could tell she was really experienced and my body feels a lot better the next day.

Whether you need to relax or get deep tissue work done, Bennett’s your therapist. Always professional, intentional and leaves me feeling amazing every time!

Updating my prior review in 2025 to call out Kari - she was so friendly and skilled and strong! The deep tissue massage from her was exactly what I needed that day for particularly problematic areas. Kari is so great!! (older review-->Amazing massage from Louis today - I was so lucky to get a same day appt with someone skilled and strong after some stressful weeks and prior to travels, and the massage exceeded my expectations.)
