I’ve been getting massages from Lena for about 10 years now, and I can honestly say she is amazing. Her level of care, professionalism, and knowledge of the body is unmatched — not surprising since she was a nurse before becoming a massage therapist. You definitely need to book in advance, and trust me, it’s worth the wait. This is not the kind of place where you book a same-day massage on a whim — they’re true professionals who are in high demand for a reason. Lena’s husband, Scott, is just as talented and passionate about healing. Together, they’ve created a space that’s all about true wellness and long-term care, not just quick fixes. For the first time in years my back pain has gone away. I’ve had many massages in the past and have tried many different techniques and methods to alleviate my back pain. Scott is the only person who has been able to alleviate the pain. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided the highest quality massage I have ever experienced.

Throughout the massage, he checked in just the right amount to ensure the pressure was comfortable, and demonstrated excellent technique, seamlessly addressing knots and tight spots without ever causing discomfort. They even provided helpful tips on stretching and posture to maintain the benefits of the massage. I’ve been to so many different places to get a massage and all were disappointing. My friend recommended this one so I gave it a try. Wow! Glad I did! Skylar did an amazing job. She really knows how to get into the muscles and work out all the kinks. All the massages I’ve had before weren’t deep enough pressure, and I thought why am I paying for this. I was almost ready to toss in the towel before I met her, Skylar changed all that with the best massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.
