Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I visited this location on 1/17/26. I was greeted by Rosanna and Ayasha when I walked in. They stood up, introduced themselves and welcomed me by name. I was offered coffee, tea or water along with a warm towel. This location was extremely clean and gives an upscale vibe compared to other businesses. I was seen on-time by massage therapist Lisa who also greeted me by name and substanquently provided me with a service based upon my needs. I just want to give a thumbs up to the above mentioned individuals who made me feel like a VIP today.

I have been going to Giovanna for a few months now she is excellent always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. I usually book a 90min so we chat it up for a lil to catch up on life and bs but then I am relaxed the rest of the time. So sanitary and clean. I leave there feeling amazing and relaxed. I have a desk job and my shoulder and upper back carry all my stress im one huge knot when I walk into her and smooth as can be by the time I leave. I highly recommend if you plan on going see Giovanna for your massage!

I’ve been seeing Giovanna here for over a year now and she has been a life saver for my chronic neck pain. I’ve been to several different massage therapists and no one has been able to help as much as she has. Her room is always super cozy, clean, and relaxing. If you want someone who is professional and a master at their craft, Giovanna is your girl!!

Been seeing Giovanna for some time. I had some stubborn knots and decided to try a deep tissue which was exactly what I needed. I normally do a classic swedish massage which is also very good but not always deep enough for my problem areas. Giovanna does a great job at focusing on problem areas without sacrificing the rest of the full body massage. She also taught me a great hack for relieving headaches fast!

I've been going to this particular Hand and Stone for years and honestly I would follow Diana (rios), my masseuse of choice to the ends of the earth. She's always so amazing and really makes every visit special, she's so dedicated to making sure that i leave feeling 1000x better than when i arrive, she always makes me feel super comfortable and creates a space with her room that allows pure relaxation. Her attention to detail when it comes to the ambiance is truly one of a kind. I've had to go to other people when she's not available and almost all of the other masseuses are amazing. The only negative experience ever had was when i brought my mom with me as a treat for her birthday, the women (Giovanna) who worked on her was not great. She kept talking about her personal issues and was loud and not attentive, i promised my mom that this was not the usual experience here and then i brought her back another day to see Lisa who really turned her experience around for my mom. I've also seen Gina for my facials who is also another total gem. Overall i'm always happy when i go in and i'm even happier when i leave. Could not recommend this place enough!

Love this place! Giovanna is amazing! She melts all my knots and pain away every time! In the past I’ve been in pain the next day, not with Giovanna. I see her at least once a month and I always walk out feeling soooooo good!!!
