DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE The massage was 2/5. Can you imagine getting a 30 minutes massage for $50, and was forced pay $25 for tip? I pay decent amount of tips to everyone whose service I really appreciate. But this is not acceptable. "We charge minimum $20 tip" When I asked why I was charged for $25 and they didn’t say anything about it "You didn’t ask." Fine

The massage was great! My room was spacious enough for the masseuse to walk around the massage table. The blanket on the table is also heated so your body isn't sitting there in the cold. My masseuse paid attention to all of the problem areas I told her about. Normally when I get massages, I prefer not to have too much chatter so that I can truly relax and that's exactly how this one went. I highly recommend coming here!

Massage was OK but the customer service before and after could be improved - I made reservations for 3 ahead of time and when we came they only had one room available so ended up starting the massage 30 minutes late. Then, for some reason they shortened the massage (45 minutes for $60) and did not provide any explanations. I completely understand that sometimes plans change and things go wrong, just wish the manager or someone else would care about customer satisfaction.

Not a good massage. The lady was in a hurry and was rude. She also wanted an over generous tip. I would not recommend to anyone. I regret not taking the reviews into consideration before deciding to go.

Love this place! The mssage therapist I had was an awesome massage therapists, but all the therapists I have been to over the months since i started coming over here. The front desk staff is always friendly and I like chat with them.

Message was decent, masseuse walked out and talked to coworker through the wall constantly. Afterwords they demanded a $20 dollar tip specifically and wouldn’t let me leave without tipping $20. Very sketchy place. Would not recommend

They ask me to pay before the massage. Even worse, they asked me to pay at least 20 dollars tip also BEFORE the massage. Very stupid employee. Do not recommend going at all!!!
