They moved location and are located outside by Uniqlo. Not the most relaxing or privately covered place, but the massage was great! I received a body and foot massage and I feel amazing! The only thing to know about going into it is they are on the more aggressive style. So heard heavy pressure massage. Worked great for me and will come back!

Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Returning I came here hoping for a good shoulder massage but was extremely disappointed. There were two male masseuses, and neither had the strength or technique to relieve the tension in my shoulders. I repeatedly asked for stronger pressure, but even after switching to a second person, it didn’t improve. After 10 minutes of trying to give them a chance, I stood up and said I’d just pay for the time spent. They charged me $20, which I was fine with. But then one of the masseuses got visibly upset, cursed at me in Chinese (not realizing I understood), and rudely asked, "No tips?" Of course not—there was nothing worth tipping for. For the price they charge, I expected professional and skilled service. This place doesn’t even come close to the quality of my usual spot, where I simply sit on a low stool and get a strong, effective massage without all the fluff. Safe to say, I won’t be coming back. Update: I returned to give them a $20 tip

Avoid this place at all costs. You know that gut feeling you get right after agreeing to something — that sinking sense you’ve made a mistake? That’s exactly how I felt here. I walked in for a standard 60-minute massage advertised at $70. Since I had an hour to kill, I figured, why not? The first red flag: they insisted I pay upfront. Fine. But immediately after paying, they began aggressively upselling a "four-hand massage," which would cut my session in half to just 30 minutes. I declined, wanting the full hour I paid for. Apparently, they didn’t like that. From that moment on, the atmosphere became tense. The staff — three of them — began speaking loudly over my head in Mandarin with sharp tones and what felt like deliberate disregard. It was extremely uncomfortable. The massage itself was okay — not amazing, not terrible. I still tipped $12 on the $70, only to be met with, "Why so little? No good." That comment really rubbed me the wrong way. Every fiber of me wanted to take that tip back. I’ve been to many massage places, both boutique and big-name spas, and I truly enjoy the experience. But this place? It felt like a quick-cash, high-pressure operation with no regard for customer service or long-term relationships. Just pure profit-driven, transactional energy. Do yourself a favor — skip this spot.

Not quite 5 stars, but I needed the full body massage and I feel 5 stars right now. I was walking through mall to Old Navy and the lady got me. So I ended up get full table massage. The lady got all the kinks out, it definitely wasn't one of those gentle massages, but I prefer a heavy hand. I actually had two people, the guy who does feet is definitely more gentle, but you can feel the work. The place is really clean also, even where you pay. Normally, I would have given this place 4 stars because they are trying to get their hustle on. My person basically directed me. I had a a hard time understanding what I was paying for, English is not the best. It would help if you could pick from a menu because normally for mall massages, I want the cheapest and shortest massage.But based on how I was feeling before I got massage and how I feel a couple hours later, it was worth it.

Bad experience ever! The massage itself is not that relax and yet when you paid tip 20% the lady looked upset and disappointed. I think 20% is reasonable and good enought so I won't recommend this place to anyone who seek for professional massage place.

I actually really enjoyed my massage . We just were walking through the mall and they sort of pull you in "2 minute free sample" once you're lying down they sort of try and convince you to stay down (it's not a crime to say no). Very pushy , so if you're easy to convince but don't want to pay more, then maybe just say no to the sample. I ran into them at the Temecula mall. Again, I really enjoyed the massage. I couldn't help but leave a 1 ⭐ review. Sorry, I already paid you $25.00 for a massage you pressured me to get , that I didn't need or actually even really truly want. My boyfriend said why not, so I did. I paid exactly what they asked. When I clicked SKIP on the card machine the old Asian laughed loudly at me and behind speaking another language to her coworkers. California... You are really too much for me. I don't have to tip if I don't want to and I'm on the verge of boycotting altogether. All too many of you are so entitled it's beyond me. I did not force you to choose a job that doesn't cover your bills (or whatever causes you to laugh when I CHOOSE not to leave a tip because I already paid for the message (tbh out of my budget and wasn't even planning on buying anything in the mall). It made me feel disgusted, someone that can't even speak English laughing right in my face as if I wasn't even there. Maybe it made her feel some way that I didn't tip. She wasn't even the lady who started or did my massage. Whelp , my review is honest . I do NOT believe in tip culture. Get a better job if you need more money. There's my opinion, have a good day .

I usually get deep tissue massages elsewhere with a regular masseuse, but due to availability issues, I decided to try this place on short notice. From the start, communication was lacking. When I walked in, they didn’t ask me to fill out a consent form or The type of massage I preferred. Instead, two ladies standing outside simply asked if I wanted a massage. I explained that I had a lot of tension, but they didn’t seem to pay much attention to my request and just asked me to lay on the table. Once I was on the table, they asked if I wanted a foot massage as well. I agreed, but a few minutes into the massage they informed me it would be an additional $30, bringing the total to $70. While I was okay with the cost, the overall experience was disappointing. The massage itself was subpar—they talked to each other the entire time and never checked in on how I was feeling. It was difficult to communicate my needs, and at the end, they started picking at my callus without my permission, which was painful. I had to stop them and tell them not to touch it, yet they continued laughing and chatting amongst themselves. When I went to pay, I left a $6 tip despite my dissatisfaction. The ladies were visibly upset, insisting that because there were two of them, I should tip more. I firmly told them no, explaining that I wasn’t satisfied—the massage didn’t relieve my stress, my knots were still there, and my ankles were not even massaged during the massage they encouraged me to pay. 💰
