Carissa is wonderful! She has helped me this past year as I have been recovering from major spine surgery. Her skill of Myofascial Massage has been a game changer for stuck tissue and getting me moving again. She listens to me and can adjust on the fly to try and help alleviate whatever pain I am having. Thankful to have found her and highly recommend her.

Carissa is an absolutely amazing therapist! I have scoliosis, lower back pain and carpal tunnel. All of which is made worse by my occupation as a hairstylist. My carpal tunnel became extremely painful to and worsen to the point of cramping and not being able to move my fingers. Carissa chose myofascial release as the massage method to relieve the pain. It was uncomfortable while she worked on my neck, shoulders, arms and hands. But immediate pain relief was absolutely incredible! I did not feel the same type pain and it took years to even need a tune up for my carpal tunnel. I would definitely recommend Carissa to everyone!
