Excellent quality of service, especially for these prices! Everyone on staff was friendly and went above & beyond. They gave me fresh fruit, tea, and a foot soak before my 45-min massage (I like deep pressure and my massage therapist did an AMAZING job). Afterwards they had a fresh coconut drink waiting for me! Such a sweet business run by hardworking people, and the service quality is great.

I am no massage expert, but I enjoyed the method and techniques of Soleil. The environment fits it's beach local very well. Soleil treated us very nicely. Our hosts were accommodating and understanding when it came to rescheduling due to a flight delay. I especially appreciate the cleanliness put into consideration for the guests heath and enjoyment.

I had a very disappointing experience here—not because of the massage itself, but because of how my personal belongings and concerns were handled. I arrived with a scrunchie in my hair (my favorite scrunchie!) During the massage, the therapist removed it and then misplaced it. When I asked for it afterward, she appeared annoyed and rushed me out of the room rather than helping look for something she had removed. At the front desk, I asked if someone could help locate it. Instead of taking the situation seriously or showing basic empathy, the staff member dismissed me and made a joke about it. I later called back and was told they would look for it—but no one followed up. When I called again, I was laughed at and dismissed once more. I understand that to some people it’s "just a scrunchie," but that completely misses the point. When a business mishandles a client’s belongings, the bare minimum expectation is accountability and respect. What I experienced instead was repeated dismissal and lack of compassion. I will not return to this establishment, not because of the lost item, but because of how disrespectfully my concerns were treated.

Spa Soleil Massage is very well managed by John. The staff is diverse and everyone is friendly. My husband has been coming here for 4 years, and with me for couple's massages the past 2 years. They do above and beyond touches that leave you feeling extra rejuvenated. Spoiler: every guest gets a red rose, offered fruit and ginger tea beforehand with a hot water foot bath, and coconut water and a granola bar afterwards included. They really care about customer service. I loved the one facial I got here. The pedicure took a long time, but was very good. While prices are slightly higher than other places I have been, the staff does a lot to earn the extra business. Highly recommend!

We came to Venice Soliel because we saw so many amazing reviews for the couples massage. We decided to try the 60-minute Cupid Couples massage and it didn't disappoint! I highly recommend arriving early especially if your appointment is on the weekend since parking in Venice can always be a pain. The business has a few parking spots around back, but none were available when we arrived. Your other options are to park on Pacific or in the paid beach parking lot at the end of Washington. When we arrived, we were guided into a small room where we had champagne, fruit, and chocolate sauce. They also brought us some neck warmers and rose water to soak our feet in. We then went into the room for the massage. Erin and Julie were amazing. They worked on our focus areas and were really knowledgable. After the massage we felt great and were given a fresh coconut, more champagne, and a granola bar. Overall, such a great experience! We look forward to coming back 🙂

I never had a massage and am, by default, very tense. So I booked the deep tissue couples massage so I can feel alive. I surprised my bf for his birthday and asked if they can do a little something special. They certainly delivered. The folks working were very personable and welcoming. My bf and I got to enjoy our choice of champagne, along with some ginger honey tea, water and fruits while we soaked our feet. We were escorted to roses petal covered massage tables and Kayla took note of my novice massage experience and sprained ankle and delivered a massage that made it apparent how badly tense i am. I expected discomfort and there were some intense moments, but Kayla helped me navigate the bad knots with breathing techniques. After the massage ended, we were given coconut water and snack bars and surprised my bf with a little ice cream treat. If you're looking for an ~experience~ this is the place.
