I’ve had many massages - but none as skilled as with Fred. He asked many questions, made observations. Was a great listener. This is not deep tissue massage for the spa goer - this is REAL therapeutic massage that will get into the knots and tight spots and work the root of the issues. I left feeling light and loose (in places I didn’t even realize were in discomfort) - and the chronic pain in my neck (that no massage typically addresses) was relieved. Ive bought two more and will make this a regular part of my self care routine. He’s amazing. Don’t hesitate.
