Lavender Retreat Wellness Center

Love Lavender Retreat! I’ve been going for a few years for massage and acupuncture. The services are top notch, the facilities calm and inviting, and everyone is very friendly. Recently I signed my husband and I up for a couples massage class with Silvia. I am pregnant so we focused on prenatal. The class was fantastic, Silvia is such a great teacher. We learned so much and both enjoyed it (even my husband, who was a little reluctant at first!) I know the skills we gained will help me throughout my pregnancy and beyond. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this self care retreat center to anyone! We all need to relax and get away from the fast pace world sometimes. This is a place to unwind and get away from your phone and other distractions. Unlike other spa centers the staff is extremely friendly and gets to know their customers. The therapists and acupuncturists have a lot of experience and are wonderful. Francis the acupuncturist is very nice and gives a wholistic approach to your care. Jaime at the front desk is always a pleasure to see and helps with all questions and concerns you have. Check this place out!

Just had my first acupuncture appointment here this past weekend and I was completely and totally impressed by every part of the experience. Lavender Retreat’s facilities are immaculate and the staff are very knowledgeable and excellent with guests. Dr. Shannon Walker did a fantastic job and I will be back in the future. I recommend everyone go here—whether for a massage, facials, reiki or acupuncture there is something for everyone. You will leave feeling refreshed!! Health is wealth!

*You'll notice that Lavender Spa responded to my message with a note that they don't like "when clients pass on personal issues." In that response they note that I booked online and didn't speak with them to confirm. In fact, I did speak with the front desk rep on 7/24 and confirmed the appointment (including the timing of the massages) on 7/26 before our 7/27 appointments. Maybe the Spa should check their phone records.* Bad service — I've had two massages at Lavender Wellness, and bought one as a gift. My first massage there was middling, and because they are close by I tried again. This time, I booked two massages for my husband and I at the same time. The Club messed up (despite having spoken on the phone with the front desk about this beforehand), and instead of having us go concurrently, had us one after another, so I waited an hour for my massage. The front desk manager said that was my fault (?). After my massage, which was not good, I left an admittedly poor tip for the service — which again, the front desk manager berated me about. Overall, it was an odd high-pressure experience for a poor and extremely over-priced service. I won't give this Club a third try.

I booked an 80 minute custom massage after receiving a gift certificate. The environment was gorgeous. Very inviting, relaxing, and luxurious atmosphere. Tuya was my masseuse. She was absolutely amazing! Combined several different massage techniques. Everyone was friendly. Wait time was nonexistent. I would definitely recommend Lavender Retreat.

I have been seeing Frances for about a year and a half and she’s always been attentive to my needs. She’s the first acupuncturist I have been to that treats me like more than a transaction. Highly recommend!

Multiple visits for acupuncture, the facility has a lovely Feng Shui influenced ambience. Very clean and inviting. The practitioner is patient, listens and is skilled at her craft. The sheets are warmed and the music soothing. Staff are courteous and very pleasant. Appointment system is very simple and it sends reminders. I find an appointment to be not only therapeutic but also a "leave your mental toxins at the door" experience. Kudos to all!
