My girlfriend and I couldn't be happier and more relaxed after meeting Rudy and Ric. very understanding and responsive on pressure, spending a bit more time on an area if asked. Ric was especially great at getting these pesky knots out of my back and Ric let us know of our problem areas. we will be back.

Highly Recommend coming here! I've been going here for a few months and I am never disappointed with the quality of service and massages I've gotten. The massages feel very personalised since they really focus on your needs. Reasonable pricing and free parking. I've gotten massages from both Ric and Rudy and have no complaints!

My first experience at R+R was exceptional. The studio was pristine and the ambience was calm and comfortable . Rudy was attentive and proved to be an intuitive practitioner. I booked the cupping therapy which is hard to find in DC. After discussing my issues Rudy knew how to proceed. I was impressed how he integrated his other skills with cupping for a more comprehensive treatment. I feel so much better and I will return.
