I got a haircut and blowdry today from stylist Susan and it’s the best haircut and blowdry i’ve ever gotten! She’s very precise and listens to what YOU want your hair to look like, she did an amazing job with my layers and keeping my length! I trust her 100% and she is my new hair lady haha i totally recommend giving her a visit. My hair has actually never looked better ☺️

The 5 stars is all for Corinthia! I got my brows waxed and laminated for the first time. She was so patient with me and they came out amazing!!! Will be going back ❤️

I had a great experience getting my foundation and concealer color match with Shania! She was friendly, funny and professional✨Highly recommend this Ulta location🙌 I left with new knowledge about foundation finishes and what fits my skin needs.

Today at Ulta the Cashier Chanel rung me up. She was talking to her co worker about what shes having for dinner. She then proceeded to snatch the items and she wasnt engaged at all while texting on her phone. She put my items in the bag aggressively along with the receipt and slammed the bag in the counter while on her phone the whole time. Zero interaction. It was as if i wasnt there. Extreamly unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this location. I felt completely dismissed. From the looks of the other reviews, it seems like the manager enables these behaviors.

The cashiers at the Cross County Ulta need customer service training and attitude adjustments. Not the first time I have a bad experience in that store. I will not be returning.

Two stars only bc some of the young girls working here are so sweet and just trying their best. But this is some advice for the manager Donna in case you are reading this: take a deep breath! The store might be hectic but you chose this job!!! Be kind to your customers (and employees), it doesn’t kill to be kind!!!

During my visit, I had the opportunity to meet the store manager, Donna. Unfortunately, the interaction left a very negative impression due to her unprofessional behavior and poor treatment of staff. While the sales floor appeared understaffed, an employee, made an effort to assist me. However, each time she attempted to help, Donna raised her voice and instructed her to remain at the register, stating that assisting customers was not part of her duties. I found this both surprising and disappointing, especially since I was the only customer in the store at that time. It was also concerning to observe how the manager spoke to and interacted with her employees. This type of management approach creates an uncomfortable environment for both staff and customers. Additionally, the store often lacks product availability, which may be reflective of deeper management issues. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to improve the store’s leadership and customer experience. Ulta Beauty has always been one of my favorite places to shop, and I would like to continue supporting this location, but improvement is clearly needed. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
