I took advantage of a special they had going on at the time. 10/10 float, 10/10 massage. Highly recommend! Everyone is super friendly and has great convo. They also have locally grown microgreens in stock and juices if you ever find yourself needing some. Definitely will be going back.

Stopped in today for some Doterra essential oils and also asked something to help with not sleeping consistently. Toni is very knowledgeable, and always helpful. I went in for the Float tank and a massage. I'm a writer and I have problems with my hands sometimes from typing so much. Both experiences were wonderful. The owner is amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable. The store has a lot of cool services and products that I want to spend more time checking out.

These people are amazing and have weath of knowledge that is beyond my comprehension, so I keep going back with more questions, it's a great place to educate yourself and stay on top of your own health, I can't say enough about Toni and her staff, float tank and 90 minute massage, what an end to the week, and a foot detox thats what I call a full meal deal
