Do not go to this bar if you have a fully developed frontal lobe. I lost my house keys on the dance floor and getting help to find them was a nightmare. The bouncers told me to wait till closing when they could sweep the floor. I waited an hour and a half for them to close. When they finally let me go upstairs to look, I was told to get out by the staff upstairs. I imagine they think I was drunk and misplaced them but I was sober. I had the keys when I went through the metal detector. The keys had a labubu on them so they would be easy to spot, and my inability to find them means they were likely stolen. These keys have access to my car, my home, and my work. The lack of help and concern by staff was appalling. An individual stole a consumer’s keys and they couldn’t care less.

The most awful, aggressive, hateful staff I’ve ever met in my entire life. I was sitting down and I got approached by a man with a receding hairline who was threatening to kick me out. He pretended to "care" and I told him he was coming off as hostile and he said "oh we can get hostile and I’ll remove you from the premises". I didn’t know threats were okay for creepy male security to women minding their own business. I’ve seen him creep on drunk girls dancing and falling to look up their skirts. I wouldn’t waste your money here, countless complaints are made yet the same loser security remains.

Very fun there are different levels with different music and different atmosphere. It has so many different and fun and expressive individuals. It was also a vibe and a true experience to have there. If you wanna party hard since you work hard this is the place to go with some friends!

Waited 10 min to be served at bar and was never served. Bouncer was incredibly disrespectful. Even after i told him i had just water in my cup he slaped my drink out of my hand after i had already left the private owned property. Just because you're a bouncer does not give you the authority to patrol the public sidewalk. You're not a police officer. I will not be returning

New Year Eve party 2023. We reached there pretty late (40 mins before 12) and the line was not too long. Disappointing that they got cash and let people cut the line. We were told the entry was $10 while in the line but when we reached in, they charged us $25 pp. it was not worth it at all. The vibe was good. Music was good. Drinks good. But very poor service. Very disorganized.

This "security guard" pervs on young women who are drunk. If you’re not drunk he will find a reason to target you to make himself feel like a big man. Apparently you can’t sit down for too long or he will come up and threaten you. He told me he was just checking because he cared and I told him it was coming off aggressive and he said "oh I can be aggressive and make you leave blah blah blah"Fair warning, get a life or you will end up like him.

They played good music only reason I give two starts they kicked me out saying I was cut off when nobody came and told me anything, my friend payed 90$ and didn't get his money back it's a scam will probably never come here again,got kicked out only had three drinks before I went to dance they immediately thought I was drunk never said anything to me or anything until a security lady got into my face about it horrible service horrible security be better honestly and I personally was nice with the lady can't talk for my friends defending me but besides the point definitely a one star for service two star for the music 🤮👎🏽
