Hive Mind Books & Coffee Shop

The cafe section of this establishment is a bit limited due to space, but what they do have coffee-wise is excellent! There are limited seats, but when I went in soon after they opened during the middle of the week, they still had plenty of places to sit. Hive Mind does not have a large food selection so I would recommend planning on just getting a coffee here. The atmosphere is friendly. The prices are normal for the area. I enjoyed my time looking around at the book selection as well as enjoying my latte.

The perfect place for queer literature. The seller was welcoming and helpful, offering suggestions according to what I was looking for! Will definitely come back.

Best addition to the neighborhood. Fantastic books, knowledgeable and friendly owners who give great recommendations and nice chats, and the sweet treats and drinks are tasty! (They’re sourced from the same great bakery that most other coffee shops in the area use). Can’t wait for all the events they’ll be hosting. It’s so exciting to have an easy-access and cozy third-space. 🙂

This is one of my favorite bookstores in the area. They have excellent curation that mixes soem really obscure, hard to find tittles with the ones you have been meaning to read. They have good coffee, and the staff is extremely friendly.

If you love books, coffee and LBGTQ+ vibes, then support Hive. The person behind the counter was very sweet. The plants near the entrance makes a nice touch. You don't have to be LBGTQ+ to be a customer, everyone is welcome here.

What a great addition to the neighborhood! The book selection is thoughtful and wonderfully curated. I could easily browse the shelves for hours. The owner is lovely and welcoming. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Also drinks and baked goods are available.
