We took my son and daughter‑in‑law to Cowboys for their bachelor and bachelorette party, and it was an absolute hit. The live music and DJs kept the energy high, the bull riding added a fun and wild twist, and the drinks were fantastic. Every staff member we met was kind, friendly, and on top of things, and the bouncers were huge and super professional. If you’re in Colorado Springs and want a true honky‑tonk night out, Cowboys is the place.

I love this place. My new "go-to" for an easy, affordable, yet interesting and exciting night on Wednesday, for college night ($10 entry, free well and local draft beer until midnight, $2.50 thereafter) - and Friday, (free entry, larger and more diverse crowd, regular priced drinks). Definatey stop by - whether you're local or visiting. Great line dancing venue as well. They offer free lessons weekly as well. Check CSNightcluns website for the calendar. I took my son on a Wednesday night he just turned 18 along with his friend. They had a blast rode a mechanical bull, played pool and did some dancing. My favorite part was the 18 and up on the second floor free selected alcohol till midnight. I will definitely come back.

Cowboys Bar is hands down one of the best spots to go if you want a fun, high-energy night out. The atmosphere is electric the second you walk in — great music, great crowd, and plenty of space to dance. Whether you’re into country, line dancing, or just want to vibe with friends, this place delivers. The staff is on point — fast service, friendly bartenders, and security that keeps everything safe without killing the mood. Drinks are solid and reasonably priced, and the dance floor is always packed with people having a great time. If you’re looking for a place where you can actually let loose, meet good people, and enjoy real nightlife, Cowboys Bar is it. Definitely coming back.

My friend and I were stuck in a restroom due to a malfunctioning door and were stuck for awhile despite repeatedly calling for help. When we were finally let out, the door came off completely. No staff or security responded while we were stuck, which was alarming. Afterward, security showed up and immediately told us to leave i explained the situation to which we were blamed for not picking a different stall. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, staff accused us of smelling like alcohol, took photos of our IDs, and when speaking with the owner he yelled at my friend and said she smelled of alcohol which was unprofessional as she was explaining how she had video evidence of the incident. We asked for a refund since we had been inside for less than 15 minutes, and it was flatly denied. The lack of concern, accountability, and basic professionalism from the staff was shocking. What could have been handled with a simple apology and solution turned into a frustrating and unsafe experience as we are both young women who were left to stand outside for no apparent reason while waiting for an uber. Adding onto this i’ve been in this establishment and have seen bartenders serving minors with wristbands from friends, which is extremely illegal. However my friend and i get stuck in a faulty restroom and are kicked out.

3rd floor is where it's at for drunk karaoke and mechanical bull riding! If you want to get away from the line dancing and loud music, go to the top floor.

Cowboys is a bigger event saloon downtown Colorado Springs. Came here on a Wednesday night, paid $10 and got the whole night drinks for free. It was a good atmosphere. Fun people on all floors. Bars tenders were ok, the lines were there but I never had to wait longer than 3 minutes to receive my drink. One drink at a time. The karaoke and bull riding is hilarious. I had so much fun! Billiard is $1.50 per game. Had several games all night. There are different tables all over the place. Much room and you’ll find your corner. The dancing area is clean and the staff is motivational and getting people on the floor. Music is funny. All tables and seats were clean. I think it was fun, although I’m not a party person. Lol
